Ready in only a few days, they offer a sense of stability and permanence that gives your business the stability it needs to inspire confidence in your customers. We offer turn-key solutions and flexible lease terms.
  • Kiosks – A Kiosk is a free-standing merchandising unit located in a high traffic, common area location will afford your business and product unparalleled exposure and permanent long-term real estate within our centers. A Kiosk’s design is entirely customizable to fit your business, product and merchandising strategy in order to maximize sales and company success.  Kiosks are designed and provided by the tenant (mall management must approve kiosk design prior to move-in).
  • In-line spaces – For those retailers who require an actual store space, but are not ready for a long term lease obligation. – A perfect way to test the waters for your concept. Temporary In-Line Stores enable you to take advantage of seasonal vacancies of in-line retail spaces in our center so you can dramatically expand your sales over a short period of time.  These offerings give you the greatest opportunity to turn your business into an established presence that matches national retailers on a test or temporary basis so you can gauge the potential to expand without making the large financial commitment of a full lease.
